Agency empirical camber deflection multipliers

For a single span voided slab bridge, I am trying to model the camber/deflections per the client's standards, which are simple multipliers for the dead load and prestress deflections. If I remember correctly, there was a time when these multipliers could be used instead of the normal default deflection/creep calculations inside PGSuper, but I cannot find a way to do that now. I am currently using Version 7.0.1.0. Thanks so much!
