Variable depth PPC overlay on Voided Slab bridge

Hello, I'm trying to model a voided slab bridge that will have a 3/4" minimum PPC overlay. With the roadway alignment, the overlay depth at the ends of the bridge will be thicker than the minimum at the center. Is there any way I can model this situation? It doesn't have a deck, and I don't know if I would consider a PPC overlay as structural. Even if it can be considered structural, how would I adjust the "A" and "excess camber" values to make this work? I get stirrup embedment errors if I try this route.

Thanks so much!

This cannot be modeled with a wearing surface overlay. A non-structural overlay as the deck type should do the trick, but it appears this is supported only for deck bulb tees at this time.

Looks like the best option is to use a wearing surface overlay with the thickness or weight adjusted to get the right dead load. There may be some issues with bearing seat elevations, but that should be easy to compensate for.

If this is a feature your owner needs, perhaps they can sponsor the development effort.

Thanks Rick, I will adjust the dead loads and tweak the elevations at the end. Appreciate the help, and I'll mention the sponsoring to the agency. Thank you again!
