Yes - this is easily accomplished in the Span Description and Pier Description windows. Use Edit > Span or Edit > Pier menu commands to open the windows.
From the Span Description window, select the Girders tab. Change the girder spacing to "Girder spacing is defined span by span". Then input the spacing between the girders in the spacing grids.
