Moment capacity

Recently one of our clients submitted a bridge report of a prestressed bridge that was done using this software. I had a question about the Phi Mn column, is that the factored moment strength provided by the section? Is Phi the resistance factor from AASHTO 8th Edition

A little about the Bridge:
The Bridge is 126 ft long single-span bridge. The Bridge has seven 48 “ deep prestressed concrete I beams.

Phi (for both moment and shear) are capacity reduction factors per LRFD

Phi*Mn is the factored flexural resistance per LRFD, Equation 1.

Mu is the factored moment for the Strength I limit state
