When I go to check the reports, all of the formulas and AASHTO LRFD references show up as an "x" inside a box. I'm sure this means the formulas are not loading properly in the report. See attached. I tried reinstalling and restarting after the uninstall to no avail. Any suggestions? I have version 5.0.3 July, 2020.

Thanks in advance!

Are you using the default installation location or did you install the software to an alternative location?

Using your mouse, select the "x" inside a box and then right click and select Properties. This will tell you where the program thinks the images are located. Check that location to ensure it and the images are there.

Hi Rick,

I believe the install is for the default location, I don't have control over changing the location it is installed in, this is something my in house IT pushes to my machine.

I checked the location of the images. From the source code, it looks like the program is grabbing from this file location:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\WSDOT\BRIDGELINK\IMAGES\

Whereas the installed images are located in this file location:
C:\Program Files\WSDOT\BridgeLink 5\Images

Do you have any suggestions for how to reconcile the difference?

Thanks again for your help

"BridgeLink 5" is not the standard location to load the files. The software should be detecting where the software is installed and using that to locate the image files. This is not working correctly. I'll log it as a bug and get it fixed for the next version.

In the meantime, I can only recommend to install the software in it's default location.

You could create and copy the images into the expected location. However, this will require Admin rights since is in the Program Folders tree.
