Expaning Windows for Options in Bridgelink

I am using the latest version of bridgelink as per txdot.

However, I am having issues making changes to the project criteria because i cannot see the bottom of the window where it has option to select "ok" or "cancel".

One possible solution is to have the ability to make window smaller for project criteria settings.

See attached screenshot.

Do you have any other recommendations to fix this issue? I already tried changing resolution settings on my computer, but that didnt work.

Also, keep in mind i already tried moving the screen all the way to the top, but i cannot move it up any further. I also tried moving it with arrow keys, but that didnt work either.

Thanks,

This is a known problem and

This is a known problem and there is no clean workaround that we know of. With older versions of the software/windows you could press the Alt-SpaceBar ->m and move the window with the arrow keys. This no longer works.

In the next version 5.0 of the program we have changed the size of the dialogs to fit on a 1024x768 layout. I don't have a release date for the TxDOT 5.0 version, but it should be in the next few weeks.

Thank you for the response.

Thank you for the response.

Note: One quick solution is to continuously select the "tab" key until you guess your way down to the "close" option. It may not be the prettiest solution, but it works.

Hopefully new version is released by txdot soon.

Thanks,

Danny

Danny,

Danny,
In that vein, here is another hack:
- When you click on the Tab control (any tab at top of dialog), the Ok button is selected by Default. Then hit Enter to save data.
- The Esc key and Alt-F4 allow you to exit (cancel) out of a dialog without saving changes.

You still might not be able to Edit/See all values in the dialog, but it gives you a fighting chance.
Stay Healthy,
Richard
