Configuration issue Error getting md5 file

The project criteria, girders, etc. libraries were missing. I went to Configure Bridgelink to figure out what was going on. During PGSuper Configuration, the error we received said: "Could not find the configuration." This issue seemed to resolve itself and allowed me to move onto the TOGA configuration. Now, after I press "Finish," a new error is coming up saying "Error getting md5 file" (picture of error attached below md5Error.PNG). Once I press "OK" it continues to set up. When I open a PGSuper file and run a report, the error "Results not available- select 'Update Now' from the Project menu" comes up (ResultsNotAvailable.PNG). I follow the instructions, the report runs, and the results are published. Why does this happen, and how do I fix it?

Several users have reported

Several users have reported problems connecting to the TxDOT server. Try the TxDOT mirror configuration hosted here at pgsuper.com. Instructions for setup can be found at:

More Issues

The TxDOT mirror configuration did not fix the problem permanently. When it appeared to allow the completion of a configuration without any errors, the "Results not available" error is still an issue. Once repeated the configuration process had multiple errors occur. I do not believe that even when the configuration appeared to work that it actually did or there is a larger problem that is affecting the program and causing these issues.

The "Results not available"

The "Results not available" issue is likely due to the fact that the AutoCalc feature is turned off. This is a performance feature that allows users to tell the program when to compute results - rather than having the program go ahead and compute them on demand. You can turn AutoCalc on from "Options" on the main menu.

Solution

I checked that first. The AutoCalc was turned on. IT uninstalled and then reinstalled the program and all seems well. Thank you for your rapid response!
