Why must I have Windows Administrator rights to install PGSuper?

You must have Windows Administrator rights in order to install PGSuper on most systems. Unfortunately, this often means that IT staff must be involved when installing or upgrading the program.
The reason for this, in short, is that PGSuper utilizes Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM) technology, specifically the Component Categories Manager (CCM), to manage many of the software components used by the program. The CCM requires PGSuper's installation program to write information into the Windows Registry on your system in a location only accessible to users with Admin rights.
Some day we would like to find a workaround for this inconvenience, but current solutions would likely take weeks to implement. Sorry for the hassle,
Richard
