Updated PGSuper.com Tutorial - Modelling Touch Shoring with PGSuper

The new version of PGSuper and BridgeLink was released in July, and we are starting the arduous task of updating our white papers and tutorials. The first is an update of our tutorial on modelling touch shoring in PGSuper.

The application of touch shoring is a useful method to reduce final stresses in the composite deck and girder system. In certain cases this can increase the allowable span length or spacing of girders.

The new tutorial is at https://www.pgsuper.com/content/modeling-touch-shoring-pgsuper

Cheers, and Happy Fall, 2017,

Newly Updated Tutorial - Modelling Wearing Surfaces in PGSuper

PGSuper Users,
We just posted a newly updated tutorial that explains new features for modelling wearing surfaces in PGSuper. PGSuper supports several types of wearing surfaces, and each type has different implications on the analysis performed by the software. This white paper details the types of wearing surfaces that PGSuper supports, describes how they are modeled, and explains how each affects the analysis.

The tutorial can be found at http://www.pgsuper.com/content/modeling-wearing-surfaces-pgsuper

Happy bridge engineering!
